CHEA's vision is to create broader access, diversity, inclusion and equitable opportunity for small BIPOC businesses to fully participate and profit in the global travel and tourism industry.
MISSION
CHEA works to create inclusive and equitable opportunities for underserved tourism businesses and students through sustainable tourism initiatives designed to prepare and position small businesses for growth opportunities, and students for global travel experiences, entrepreneurial and employment opportunities in the industry.
Our work aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development goal #8 to create conditions to afford people decent work and economic growth and goal #10 to reduce inequalities, CHEA strives to help small black & brown tourism businesses access economic equality and opportunities in the global tourism industry through cultural stewardship and sustainable tourism initiatives.
